How To Catch Up With The Less Important Stuff

Three articles in the NYT are being touted on the blogosphere today. One is by Michael Lewis and is about the end of the financial world. The second is by Lewis and David Einhorn and is a continuation of Lewis’s article and the third by Joe Nocera delves into Risk Management. Nocera’s article is loooong and seems to either be admired or detested depending upon which blogger you read.

Frankly, I haven’t read any of them yet. I discovered some time ago that these types of articles go exceptionally well with National Football League games. They are a perfect way to pass the time during commercials the interminable review of plays and the inane half time shows. So print them off, go settle in front of the TV and assuage the guilt pangs that come from wasting time this way by skimming through them at the appropriate times.
